Richard Romanus, the APC candidate for the Cross River State House of Assembly, Obubra II Constituency, has continued to receive warm reception from constituents following a courtesy visit to communities across the constituency.
Romanus visited some of the villages affected by recent communal clashes, identifying with residents and offering his support during a difficult period. He also extended the visit to other communities that make up Obubra II, using the opportunity to interact with residents and community leaders.
The engagements provided an opportunity for him to listen to concerns from the grassroots and strengthen his relationship with the people, particularly those affected by insecurity and the disruptions caused by communal conflicts.
His presence was warmly received by residents, with some constituents expressing their appreciation in a remarkable declaration: “For God so loved us that He gave us a leader.”
